Product Description K8C 40W:

1. The K8C 40W is a modification of the K7C model, reducing the power of each bulb to 40W and using smaller light chips. Although the size has decreased, the luminous flux emitted under the same power has not changed, which means that the light will be more concentrated.
2. The chip change is not reflected in the H4 model, and the K8C 40W H4 model still uses the same specifications as the K7C.
3. The previous version of K8C warm white color was more like 5000K. We have made some changes to the warm white color recently. The latest version of K8C warm white will be closer to 4300K, they will be warmer than the old color, same color as K5C 40W 4300K. But it should be noted that the warm white color we offer is different from halogen bulbs. If you want to order the same color as halogen bulb, our 4300K ​​bulbs may not meet your needs.

Special reminder:

1. Some vehicles require installing a decoder after using LED, otherwise the following situations will occur:
   • One of the two bulbs is off or flashing.
   • A malfunction indicator light appears on the dashboard.
   • After turning on the low beam, one of the bulbs switches to the high beam function uncontrollably. These situations indicate that you need to modify the decoder.
2. Adding LED bulbs is a modification, not applicable to all models. Some models require removing the front bumper to install the LEDs, and you may need to pay an installation fee. We will not bear any installation costs. Try to turn on the LEDs and test them before installation, and remove the front bumper after confirming that there is no abnormality, so as to avoid unnecessary costs.
3. LEDs have a temperature adjustment function. As the temperature of the bulb increases, the power will decrease somewhat. This is normal and helps extend the life of the lamp. The power output in the data is that of the laboratory and does not represent the power after long-term operation.
4. This product is not suitable for fog lights, deposits will reduce the life of the cooling system. If you need to use it in fog lights, please contact the staff, we will recommend a more suitable bulb.
