Description :
Curable UV LED ink is a key consumable for UV printers. The UV inkjet ink you choose for your digital printer should depend on the product you are decorating, as specialty inks work best for specific substrates. UV ink is designed for use on a wide range of applications, from plastic, glass, metal, and wood to other non-traditional substrates such as apparel. UV LED inkjet ink is available in hard and soft ink.

Operating conditions:

• The ink must be heated to a suitable temperature before printing and the entire printing process must take place in a suitable humidity.
• Maintain print head humidity, check hood stations for aging affecting sealing and nozzles becoming dry.
• Move the ink into the print room a day before start to ensure the temperature is consistent with the indoor temperature.

Storage period:
12 months. Clean place with a temperature of 10 to 40°C, humidity of 40 to 85%, avoiding light, heat and steam.

Precautions:

• Sensitive to light/heat/steam.
• Keep container closed and away from traffic.
• Avoid direct contact with eyes during use.
